Our Terms and Conditions

All invoices must be paid for within 30 days. We have the right to charge a late fee for invoices over 60 days in the amount of $5.00 per month.

Agent agrees to notify 4x4 Signs when the listing has expired, the home has sold, or if he/she has left the brokerage that the sign was installed for. Agent also agrees that if 4x4 Signs is not notified and post is missing, agent will pay $60.00 per post & $10.00 per flyer box for replacement costs.

We try to install all signs within 48 hours, but it may take longer due to holidays or inclement weather.
